Please understand that these are always estimates, and your package may arrive sooner, or later than expected. It is also important to note that USPS, like all national postal services, does not count weekends or holidays as part of their estimated timeframe. All estimates are given in business days (weekdays).
We are unable to provide a refund on any shipping charges once an order has been shipped, and handed off to the carrier.
