My order arrived damaged/wrong. What can be done?

Sometimes an incident can occur with a delivery. Accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email our Customer Support team with the following information:

  • A clear, digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.

  • Your Order Number and Full Name.

  • A brief description of exactly what item(s) is damaged.

You will receive a follow-up response within 36 hours from one of our dedicated staff. We will work diligently in order to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
